Shourya Tomar holds an LL.M. in Cyber Law and LL.B. from Mewar University along with a B.A. (Hons.) English from Ramjas College, Delhi University and brings with him experience in litigation, dispute resolution, real estate transactions, and cyber law matters. Prior to joining us, he worked as a Junior Associate at Mine & Young – Advocates & Legal Consultants, where he was involved in matters relating to the Employees’ Provident Fund laws, arbitration proceedings, land due diligence, bail matters and commercial documentation.

His experience also includes drafting writ petitions, civil suits, and transactional documents, along with coordinating with enforcement agencies and cyber crime units in connection with cyber law matters.

Beyond his professional work, Shourya has actively contributed to various social initiatives, including education programmes for underprivileged children and community welfare activities through organisations such as Rotary Club and Enactus.
