Harshita Rawat pursued her BA LLB (hons) degree from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad.  Since September, 2023, she has been associated with the Chambers of  Swarnendu Chatterjee, where she has garnered diverse experience in Service law, Arbitration law, and Insolvency Law.  She has a strong background in Criminal Law and has served as the Secretary and Co-Chairperson of Centre for Criminal Law & Justice at the Institute of Law, Nirma University.

Her professional journey includes significant stints at esteemed legal firms and chambers, including Wadhwa Law Chambers, Saikrishna & Associates, Khurana and Khurana Advocates and IP Attorneys, and Sondhi Law Chambers where she worked in matters ranging from White Collar Crimes to Intellectual Property Rights. Her responsibilities have encompassed drafting, researching and engaging in court work across the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, NCLAT, NCLT, and district courts of Delhi.
