Bushra Bashir Zargar is a trainee ssociate at Lectio Law Offices (Kashmir Office) with over four years of experience in litigation before the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh at Srinagar. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (A+) from the University of Kashmir graduating as a topper.

She is currently working with Konsulte Partners Global as an Independent Corporate Advisor where she advises on corporate and tax matters, including GST compliance, and contract drafting.

Prior to this, she served as Counsel at Legal Solutions Kashmir, where she independently handled litigation matters, before the Hon’ble High Court Of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh at Srinagar and earlier worked as an Associate with the Law Offices of N.A. Ronga & Associates.

Her practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation, including writ petitions, bail applications, criminal revisions, and service law matters. She has advised and represented clients in matters relating to cheque dishonour, matrimonial disputes, recovery proceedings, SARFAESI, and cyber fraud. Bushra has cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) and is known for her drafting, research, and strategic approach to litigation.
