  • Appointed as Commissioner by the Hon’ble City Judge Court, Jammu, for a title dispute case.
  • Liaised with government and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals.
  • Appeared in a landmark judgment, F2Fun & Fitness (India) Pvt Ltd. (Gold Gym) VS Golden Globe Fitness Pvt Ltd, before the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu. The Registrar General was directed to circulate the judgment to all courts in J&K exercising civil jurisdiction, setting a precedent for rejecting plaints without cause of action or those barred by law.
  • Represented various companies and associations before government offices and statutory bodies for due diligence, registration, and settlement of legal matters.
  • Assisted Senior Advocate Ram Jethmalani as a junior counsel in the Manu Sharma case (Jessica Lal murder case) and the Ansal’s Brother case (Uphar Cinema Case).
