Tabish Samdani is heading the Firm’s Jodhpur & Jaipur Office. Mr. Samdani is an Advocate practising before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur, with an associate office in Jaipur. His practice encompasses constitutional, commercial, criminal, and civil litigation. He has represented clients before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court, as well as various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Prior to commencing independent practice, Mr. Samdani worked with leading law firms, including JSA, where he was involved in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and complex regulatory advisory matters across diverse industries. This experience has enabled him to develop a practical, commercially informed, and strategic approach to dispute resolution and legal strategy.
