  • Represented a major retail company in a Writ Petition against a major government Corporation before the Delhi High Court.
  • Represented a leading multinational corporation in an arbitration involving wrongful encashment of a performance bank guarantee by a government corporation.
  • Represented a Foreign Ambassador in a Special Leave Petition before the Hon’ble Supreme Court claiming “Diplomatic Immunity” from criminal prosecution (white-collar crimes) in India.
  • Advised a leading company on an issue pertaining to the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
  • Represented a leading construction company before the Bombay High Court in a litigation involving the Interpretation of the Noise Pollution (Control and Regulation) Rules, 2000.

  • Represented a global telecom company before the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in a matter challenging the validity of Intra-Circle Roaming Arrangements.
  • Represented a leading infrastructure company in a claim filed by an ex-employee seeking compensation on the alleged ground of wrongful termination and discrimination.
  • Represented a leading multinational corporation in an arbitration involving wrongful encashment of a performance bank guarantee by a government corporation.
  • Represented a multinational banking corporation in an industrial dispute before the Bombay High Court and the Labour Court.
